Understand l Ideate
I went out to my three sites today to collect photographic and quantitative/qualitative information. I visited my sites and after achieving permissions took several establishment shots and a fair few detailed shots. Then after taking down prices and general information I sat and took in the setting, noting down how the space felt through different senses and emotions.
I discovered that the more laid back places such as Kaffee Eis was more comfortable and relaxing whereas Butler's Chocolate Cafe was more uncomfortable and awkward. I also discovered Bourdeaux Bakery doesn't open on the weekend.
